Cresco Capital Group (a JV partner of LJ Partnership) acquired an office building with vacant possession to redevelop into a mixed use scheme comprising student housing, serviced apartments and a retail element in 2014. The existing building is being converted into 485 student housing units, 82 serviced apartments and 2,600 sqm of retail space with a total net lettable area of 14,690 sq m.
